Maison Intègre is based in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Maison Intègre proposes unique pieces, in limited series or in numbered editions.

Application and acceptance of the general conditions
These general conditions apply to all sales of Parts made through the maisonintegre.com website. By extension, these conditions apply to any sale, made in particular by direct exchange or by email, between the Customer and Maison Intègre. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read these general conditions and acknowledges accepting them.

Characteristics and images of the pieces
The pieces referenced by Maison Intègre are contemporary collector’s pieces, available in a single copy, in a limited series or in a numbered edition and are considered unique and singular creations. They are all entirely made in our workshop in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, by our bronze artisans using the ancestral lost wax technique. All Maison Intègre pieces are handmade from recycled metals. Variations, stains and imperfections in finishes are part of the artisanal process that we strongly support. The patina can evolve over time, making the piece unique. The photographs and images of the pieces on the website are in high resolution. On-screen perception may differ slightly from the actual piece. Potential differences that may exist between the actual characteristics of the part and the images cannot be considered as defects and therefore no dispute or refusal of the order for these reasons can be accepted. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer. , server, platform or other media for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without the express prior written permission of the Company.

Ordering process
When ordering, the customer selects one or more pieces, in the number of copies of their choice, one or more, then adds it to their basket. If a part is not available on the website, the customer can make a request by email to the following address: contact@maisonintegre.com

Each order in the basket includes the description of the part, as well as the sales price including tax. At the order stage, the Customer has the possibility of requesting a quote for delivery under the conditions of the article “PICKUP AND DELIVERY”. If he chooses to request a delivery quote, he completes the form for this purpose specifying the desired delivery address and any delivery instructions. In order to validate the order, the customer validates his billing details, then makes payment, in accordance with the provisions provided for in the article “Price and payment”. A payment acceptance email is sent automatically.
Failing to receive actual payment from the Customer within 5 working days from the date of the order, the sale will be canceled.

Confirmation of the online order
After receipt of payment and confirmation of availability of the part, and within 5 days, the customer receives an order confirmation email as well as an invoice from Maison Intègre.
In the event that a part is definitely no longer available at the time of the order, Maison Intègre will confirm by email to the Customer the immediate cancellation of the order and the non-repository of the payment.

Price and Payment
Prices
The prices mentioned are in euros. The prices displayed do not include delivery costs, these will be subject to quotation, the conditions are explained in the “collection and delivery” article. In the case of Maison Intègre Studio pieces, the entire price of the piece, excluding delivery costs, is due upon validation of the order. In the case of Maison integre parts, 50% of the total price of the part, excluding delivery costs, is due upon validation of the order. The remaining 50% of the total price of the part must be paid upon receipt of the order.
For parts shipped to a country in the European Union, French VAT at the current rate applies to the order summary. For parts shipped outside the European Union, only the price excluding taxes will appear on the order summary. Any customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes are the responsibility of the Customer, both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities and organizations in the country.
Certain pieces, and in particular limited edition pieces whose price may vary depending on the number of the piece in the series, are displayed without indication of price or within an indicative price range. Prices may be subject to review by Maison Intègre at any time at its discretion.

Secure payment
Payments for Parts and delivery costs are made online by bank transfer or credit card. Maison Intègre uses the Stripe payment platform, meeting the requirements of distance selling security standards (PCI-DSS).
Payment by bank card is made using secure 3DSecure transactions, a Visa and MasterCard protocol, which establishes an encrypted connection directly between the Customer and the bank. Maison Intègre has under no circumstances access to the Client’s confidential information relating to the means of payment.
The Customer guarantees Maison Intègre that he has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method. Maison Intègre reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, in the event of non-payment of any sum due by the Customer, in the event of a payment incident, or in the event of fraud or attempted of fraud relating to the use of the Service.

Late penalties
In order to meet the requirements set by articles L441-3 and L441-6 of the Commercial Code, any late payment will automatically give rise to the payment of a penalty without any formal notice being necessary. due the day following the payment date mentioned on the invoice, at a rate equal to three times the legal interest rate, as well as payment (for professional customers) of a fixed compensation for recovery costs of a minimum amount of €40. The transfer of ownership of the work will take place by full payment of the sale price.

Reservation of title
The item sold remains the property of Maison Intègre until full payment of the price, including delivery costs if applicable.

Collection and Delivery
The Customer has the option of having the Part ordered delivered to his home. Following the delivery request, Maison Intègre will send the customer a delivery quote as soon as possible, including packaging, insurance, transport and, where applicable, customs formalities. When requesting a quote, it is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the dimensions of the Room in relation to its destination space. Upon delivery of the Part, the Customer undertakes to be present or to appoint a responsible person, capable of ensuring the proper receipt of the Part. The Customer is required to check that his personal contact details (telephone, delivery address, email address) are up to date. In the event of an error in the delivery details or lack of access, the Customer will be solely responsible and must once again pay the costs for arranging a new delivery of the Part.

Return and exchange
In the event of withdrawal, the customer or the customer’s carrier must ensure the good conformity of the Part and the absence of defects. Once the withdrawal has been made, any request will be deemed inadmissible. In the event of delivery assured by Maison Intègre, any complaint about the goods must be sent within 48 hours after receipt (with photos and a copy of the voucher with reservations) by sending an email to the address contact@maisonintegre.com. After this period, any declaration will be inadmissible. If the dispute gives rise to reimbursement, Maison Intègre will reimburse the Customer the sale price, and any delivery costs and return costs. Cancellation and right of withdrawal For Parts in stock, the Customer has the option of returning the part to the sender within 14 days after receipt of their order. The Customer exercises his right of withdrawal directly from Maison Intègre by sending an email via our contact form. Maison Intègre will reimburse the Customer for their order, delivery costs included. Return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. The Part must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging and shipped in identical conditions to those of its shipment. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases: if the Customer is not a national of the European Economic Area (member countries of the European Union as well as Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein) in accordance with to the regulations in force.

Personal data
For the purposes of the Service, including opening a personal account and processing the order, Maison Intègre collects the Customer’s personal data which is processed electronically. The data that may be collected is only used or communicated by Maison Intègre for the sole purposes of managing orders, sending the newsletter and providing the Service. The right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition for legitimate reasons, of these nominative and personal data, as provided for by Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 amended on Computing, files and freedoms, can be exercised by the Customer by mail addressed to Maison Intègre, 153 quai Aulagnier 92 600 Asnières-Sur-Seine. CNIL declarant number: 1987752. Applicable law – Jurisdiction These general conditions are subject to the application of French law. For disputes relating to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction. Entry into forceThese general conditions are applicable from April 27, 2023.
