Adé Stool
The story

In Burkina Faso, the word Adé is an invitation to take a seat, to sit down when you receive someone. It is often accompanied by a gesture of the hand that points the direction. Adé could be translated as " here it is ". This stool reminds us of the shape of a Senoufo stool’s seat, combined with the foot of the central part of an Ashanti stool.

Production and delivery

Each piece is made by hand in Burkina Faso. A precise lead time is given when you order. We ship worldwide from Paris and Ouagadougou; pieces are carefully packed and insured during transport.

Care

Bronze naturally patinates over time. Simple dusting with a soft, dry cloth is enough. Avoid abrasive or chemical products. To revive the patina, occasional waxing with a neutral wax is recommended.
